Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 8, 2026

Welcome to FORME TV — The Family Channel. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website, including watching shows, voting, and submitting participation or career applications. By using the website you accept these Terms.

1. About the Service

FORME TV is a family entertainment channel. This website showcases our shows and videos, hosts live audience voting for competitions, and accepts applications from aspiring participants and team members. Our video content is hosted on and streamed from YouTube.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You sign in using your Google account; you are responsible for activity on your account.
You must provide true and accurate information in every form you submit.
Users must be 13 or older; participants and applicants under 18 require parent/guardian consent.

3. YouTube Subscription Requirement

Access to certain sections (shows, videos, live TV, voting and participation) requires verifying that your YouTube account is subscribed to the FORME TV channel. Verification is read-only and explained in our Privacy Policy. Unsubscribing may pause your access until you verify again.

4. Voting Rules

Each campaign has published limits (for example, votes per day). Limits are enforced automatically.
Voting must be personal and genuine. The use of bots, scripts, bulk accounts, or any automated or paid voting is strictly prohibited.
We may invalidate votes that our systems flag as fraudulent, and may disqualify contestants who benefit from organised vote manipulation.
Displayed counts may be adjusted after audit. Final results as announced by FORME TV are binding.

5. Participation & Auditions

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, an audition, or appearance on any show.
Selected participants may be filmed, photographed and recorded; by participating you (and your guardian, if you are a minor) consent to FORME TV using such recordings in its programmes, promotions and channels.
False information in an application is grounds for disqualification at any stage.

6. Career Applications

Career submissions (actor, anchor, singer, crew and similar) are expressions of interest, not job offers. We will contact shortlisted applicants; submitting an application creates no employment relationship.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to breach security, scrape data, manipulate voting, impersonate others, or upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All show names, logos, videos, graphics and website content belong to FORME TV or its licensors and sponsors. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit them without written permission. Content you submit in applications remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to review it and, if selected, to produce and promote the shows.

9. Third-Party Services

Video playback and sign-in rely on YouTube and Google services, which have their own terms — including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

The website is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORME TV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms, and may modify or discontinue features (including campaigns and schedules) at any time. Material changes will be announced on the website; continued use after changes means acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
